1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or using the melbetbd platform in any manner — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all registered and guest users of the melbetbd platform.

melbetbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in English and are governed accordingly. Where translations may exist for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity, conflict, or dispute. References to currency throughout these Terms are to Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

melbetbd is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. The platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use by adult individuals. Commercial use, data harvesting, automated access, and any form of systematic exploitation of the platform are strictly prohibited.

1.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the melbetbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and melbetbd with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full features of melbetbd — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. melbetbd strictly enforces its 18+ policy and may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed immediately.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party, business, or organisation.
• You do not currently hold another active account on the melbetbd platform. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You are providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Your use of the melbetbd platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

melbetbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by the melbetbd compliance team:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card account registered under your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required for high-value transactions

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities and, in persistent cases, account closure with balance returned via the original deposit method.

2.2 Account Accuracy and Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account profile promptly. melbetbd accepts no liability for failed notifications, delayed withdrawals, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the melbetbd platform at any time. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent betting restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, melbetbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play across those accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the melbetbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). melbetbd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at the platform's discretion.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though melbetbd reserves the right to apply transaction limits where required by its risk management procedures. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your melbetbd account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to network availability. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases of processing delays. melbetbd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the matching of account names. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within an average of 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

melbetbd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction is flagged by the platform's risk management or anti-money laundering systems. Players will be notified promptly if additional information is required and will be given a reasonable time to comply before any further action is taken.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

• Deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered in the player's own name
• Transactions intended to obscure the origin or destination of funds
• Using the melbetbd platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between third parties
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without first contacting melbetbd support to resolve the dispute

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

melbetbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments and Bangladeshi cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions outlined below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, percentage match, qualifying deposit threshold, and wagering requirements will be specified on the welcome bonus offer page at the time of registration. melbetbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by melbetbd are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are strongly advised to review the wagering requirements before opting into any bonus offer.

• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements compared to slot games. Contribution percentages are stated in individual bonus terms.
• If a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are met, melbetbd reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawable balance.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in the account wallet. Real-money funds are played first unless the player elects otherwise.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any behaviour identified as bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, using automated software to clear bonuses, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure. melbetbd uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect and investigate suspected abuse.

4.4 Promotional Deadlines

All promotional offers carry an expiry date and/or wagering completion deadline. Times and dates on melbetbd promotions are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses that expire will be removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the status of active bonuses from the account dashboard.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on melbetbd, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and restrictions apply to all users without exception.

5.1 Player Obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify melbetbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure all information provided during registration and KYC verification is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling — not for commercial gain, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

• Not share your account access with any third party, including family members or friends.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the melbetbd platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information
• Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the melbetbd platform infrastructure
• Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the melbetbd platform without written authorisation

6. Game Rules & Betting Policies

All games and betting markets offered on the melbetbd platform are governed by the individual game rules and betting regulations set out by the respective game studios and sports data providers. In all cases, the rules published on the platform at the time of play or bet placement are the definitive reference.

6.1 Casino Games

Casino games on melbetbd — including slot games, live dealer tables, and instant win products — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed and audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and any wager placed during that round will be returned to the player's balance. melbetbd accepts no liability for interrupted internet connections on the player's side.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on melbetbd cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition at the time of settlement. Bets settled in error will be corrected upon identification, and any incorrect payouts will be adjusted accordingly from the player's account balance.

melbetbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault). Players will be notified of voided bets, and the original stake will be returned to their balance. Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to unusually large stakes on low-liquidity markets or patterns consistent with insider knowledge — may be investigated and the associated bets voided pending review.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the respective game or market interface. melbetbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time for any game or market. Stakes placed in excess of the published maximum limit may be partially or fully voided at melbetbd's discretion.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

melbetbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

7.1 Platform-Initiated Closure

Grounds for platform-initiated account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, misrepresentation, or use of false documents
• Evidence of multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age
• Confirmed match-fixing activity or suspicious betting patterns
• Money laundering indicators or failure to comply with KYC requirements
• Chargebacks initiated against melbetbd transactions
• Any other conduct that melbetbd reasonably determines to be harmful or in breach of these Terms

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, or bonus abuse, melbetbd reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where closure is for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their melbetbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to the player's verified payment method after KYC confirmation. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. melbetbd may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. Players with dormant accounts will receive notification to the registered email address at least 30 days before dormancy charges commence.

8. Limitation of Liability

melbetbd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, melbetbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service downtime caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet infrastructure outages, mobile network disruptions, payment processor failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions.

8.1 No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbetbd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The platform does not warrant that games will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Cap on Liability

In no event shall melbetbd's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims including those arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless melbetbd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (c) any information you submit to the platform that is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. All communications between melbetbd and players regarding disputes, account matters, and legal notices will be conducted in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall govern.
